Bom Dia!

Tenho uma calopsita super saudável, de quase dois anos de idade.

gostaria de saber quais alimentos saudáveis ( legumes, verduras e frutas) poderia dar para ela comer?

Vale lembrar que as calopsitas , de forma geral, começam a comer um novo alimento através da repetição. Ou seja, se vc vai dar um novo alimento, tente o mesmo alimento todos os dias por mais ou menos uma semana, assim vc dá à ave o tempo correto de se adaptar a ele.
