Correr com ele pra um veterinário de exóticos. Pode ser fungo ou ter alguma outra causa, e se ele não conseguir se alimentar ou isso piorar ele pode não resistir. Filhotes são muito frageis e 1 dia sem alimento pode ser fatal.
